CMS is a family owned business. The president is a retired law enforcement supervisor and for the past 14 years a North Carolina Licensed Private Investigator. He also Co-owns The Bureau of Security Specialists, a North Carolina Licensed Security Guard/Patrol Company based in Wilkesboro NC.
While providing hospital security officers for the past 6 years at Wilkes Regional Medical Center and being associated with this facility and officers provided at nursing/assisted living centers he began to see the real need for a service to provide safe, reliable and on time transportation for the elderly and handicap citizens of the region.
The owner is accustomed to extensive background investigations from his years as a Special Contract Investigator for the Federal Government, therefore each employee and driver for CMS has an extensive background check before they are allowed to work at CMS.
